ZDN series donut production line is mainly used to produce semi-finished donut as the frozen donut , both bread or pastry donut are available , different product weight is available , the line is assssembled under european standard. The fully automated ZLINE Raised Donut Production line consists of dough band sheeting line (high capacity no-stress dough band former or chunker/dough former combination) , donut make-up line, trim removal and panning machines.

2. Key features 

1 )   The working width can be customized according to need ,from 600mm to 900mm

2 )   Net dough band width of this line is 600 mm ,it is customized.

3 )   Donut weight is adjustable by changing the cutter .

4 )   The cutting hopper is used to cut the mixed dough into pieces

5 )   The proofing box and fried machine are also available if need

The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, water, steam and compressed air supplies which are suitable to be connected to our machinery before the arrival of our machinery.
