ZKSD 600 line is typically used to produce laminated dough block While laminated dough block is applicated to make frozen dough block , Danish pastry, croissants and other laminated products. This line is in European standard with high configuration, which can meet the high output demand od industrial production.

The machine or bread production line consists of main machine,filling machine,blade cutter machine and pinching cutter machine.The bread machine can make pita bread, bread stick,round hamburger bread,cutting bread,jam roll,sandwich bread,lobster bread,
marble bread.The fillings could be jam, chocolate, cream, bean paste, minced meat, paste mixed with small nuts (sesame, corn, peanut).

Dough hopper & extruder → Fat pump→ Fat feeding&folding → Satellite→ Laminator →Satellite → Flour sweeper → Guillotine
